Data Deletion Instructions
CYVERNA FLOW respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete your personal information, WhatsApp messages, contacts, or account data that we have collected or processed on your behalf, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:
1. Email Request
Send an email to info@cyvernaflow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including your registered account email or phone number. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
2. In-App Request
Logged-in users can go to Account Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion to submit a deletion request directly from the dashboard.
Once a deletion request is verified, we will remove your personal data, chat history, and account records from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period as required for legal, security, or compliance purposes, after which it is permanently purged.
